	Ablelark was setup in 1994 by two software engineers who then had an average of 10 years experience each of designing and building computer systems for the military. Since then Ablelark engineers and scientists have worked on many military and civil projects, that include:

	For the Royal Navy - Designing and implementing components of the mission computer for the Royal Navy’s latest generation anti submarine helicopter
	For National Air Traffic Services - Designing the Graphical interface to be used by Air Traffic Controllers at the New Enroute Centre at Swanwick
	For Hughes Helicopters - Designing a Health and Usage Monitoring system to guard against premature mechanical failure of helicopter engines and drive chains
	For various avionics companies - Developing embedded avionics systems
	For various - Creation and maintanance of intranet sites
	Currently, for National Air Traffic Services - Research in to future Air Traffic Control computer systems
